No Show and Rescheduling
Due to high demand for classes and limited availability, failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled class is considered a “no-show” and after 72 hrs of initial booking and online payment for a class, there will be no refund given. Failure to attend your rescheduled class will result in the inability for future scheduling.

Running Late?
Out of consideration for all of our clients as well as our instructors, if you are more than 10 minutes late for any class, we will require you to reschedule and/or a $10 rescheduling fee may be added to your class. 

For certification classes
As for some professions, employers/schools may require different training and our goal is to make sure your requirements are met. Knowing your personal CPR class training requirements is the sole responsibility of the client. We are more than happy to offer possible suggestions for the training that you request, however Traverse Mobile CPR, LLC, is not responsible for clients taking an incorrect class, nor will discounts be given for further training. Reprint of certification Cards

All reprint of certification cards will require a $10 reprint fee. All certification cards will be emailed to the students. In the event your certification card is payed for by a facility the reprinted card will be emailed to your facility contact person unless otherwise specified.

Refund of payment

When requesting a refund of your card payment, or any portion thereof, please email traversemobilecpr@gmail.com with the following information  to make the process as easy as possible:

  • Your First and Last Name (including middle name)
  • The Date and Time the payment was made through this website or by phone
  • The class that the payment was made for
  • The last four (4) digits of the card used to make the payment
  • The confirmation number for which the payment was made

Failure to provide this information could slow the refund process.

An approved refund may be initiated by our office within 24-48 hrs (2 business days) of the refund request being submitted unless that request is received in the afternoon on a Friday or holiday. Per policy, there will be an $10 processing refund fee to Traverse Mobile CPR, LLC subtracted from all online transactions. Please keep in mind that although Traverse Mobile CPR, LLC initiates a refund form to PayPal by our office as outlined, your card issuer has sole financial/legal control over when and if the refunded amount may be applied as a credit to your card balance.
